BRANDING
Creating worlds doesn’t only involve cameras.
I design brand books, visual identities, logos, and custom shirts — thoughtful, personal, and made to fit each project.
backstories. the book.
My debut book!
With Backstories, photographer Alaïa Fonk uses the female body to let you into her world. Hoping you find a piece of yours.
The book is a hardcover art book curated, photographed, and designed by Alaïa Fonk. This collector's edition features exclusive photography and content created across the globe, showcasing diverse expressions of beauty, sensuality, and feminine mystery.
I didn’t want the book to feel too serious. It had to be messy, playful, dreamy, raw. A bit like me. Digital fonts only for the titles — the rest is all my handwriting. Scraps, boarding passes, Tamagotchi chokers I made myself, glittery butterfly bookstands. Nothing about this was clean or perfect. Backstories became its own world. From mine to yours.

Wiener roast
Introducing Wiener Roast - Hand-roasted beans from the magical hills of Mellowtail—where the coffee is bold, and the dachshunds are bolder.
A full-concept coffee line developed and designed by me—from product development and naming to packaging, visual identity, and illustration. From the product and packaging to the branding and the made-up land of Mellowtail, this project was all about building a universe around a single idea.
I created everything from scratch: the name, the tone of voice, the sassy dachshund mascot, and a visual identity that turns a simple drip bag into something with character (and bite).
This is what I love most - crafting entire worlds where design, story, and imagination come together.

Snap that wed
The visual identity of Snap That Wed is bold, fresh, and playful — just like the energy of a summer wedding day. The logo features confident, funky typography that feels modern yet full of character, paired with a palette of soft pastels that brings a light, joyful atmosphere. Every element was crafted to celebrate spontaneity, color, and the unforgettable spirit of a wedding day captured in the moment.

yade lauren
Together with singer Yade Lauren, I worked on several of her album artworks
I directed and shot the album cover based on their brief, handled the final edit and compositions, and ensured the visuals stayed true to the rawness we wanted. Someone else created the Hollywood lettering. This project was about trusting instinct, capturing emotion, and building something that didn’t follow the usual rules.
The artwork for ‘Borderline’ is done by me and shot by Sarah Ann Terschegget.

Unda bo ta
Always believe in the spirits who guide you in finding your true reality.
The fairytale like mural “Unda Bo Ta” wasn’t born overnight. When Darrick asked me to collaborate on a mural, I wasn't sure — "I don’t really draw," I said. Instead, I shared my world: fairies, mythical creatures, soft vibrant colors — very fowy, not always easy to grasp.
I wanted to create something for Curaçao, blending my dream worlds with nature and the mind. Inspired by Grandmother Willow and local myths, we found meaning in Unda bo ta — a call to reflect on who you are and where you’re going.
Learning about the "wandering lights" — messages from ancestors — tied it all together. The deer, symbol of the supernatural messenger, became the heart of the piece — a bridge between worlds, guiding us home.
